Benefit from personalized guidance with 12 weekly 1:1 calls, where we will review your progress and address any questions. You will also have WhatsApp support, allowing you to reach out whenever you have queries or want to celebrate successes. Furthermore, you’ll receive 4 Reiki sessions and 4 meditation sessions, which will help restore your inner balance and realign your energies.
Practical:
Implement what you’ve learned with weekly homework assignments and practical applications that can easily be integrated into your daily life.
1:1 Calls:
Each week, we’ll meet for a 60-minute video call or conversation to review your progress. We’ll reflect on your experiences and emotions, and you’ll select personalized tasks to work on in the upcoming week to continue moving forward.
