About Me

About Me

Hi, my name is Lydia

My journey to becoming a Holistic Wellness & Health Coach began in my childhood, rooted in the core values of generosity and unconditional love, which I experienced in a Christian-oriented family.

These universal principles of compassion formed the foundation of my worldview, shaping my perspective to see beyond external differences such as skin color, faith, or social background.

From an early age, I felt a deep longing for freedom and self-determination—a yearning that accompanied me through my youth. Despite the pressure to conform to societal norms, I realized that true fulfillment cannot be found in mere *conformity. My school years were challenging, as I refused to yield to prevailing expectations. Instead, I sought authentic life experiences and genuine self-expression.

Through my travels to various countries, I was fortunate to experience the warmth and support of people from diverse backgrounds. These experiences enriched me personally and taught me that true beauty and generosity know no boundaries. Stepping out of my comfort zone and embarking on the adventure of solo travel as a young woman shaped me profoundly, strengthening my confidence. I learned that real growth often happens outside familiar environments and that through openness and curiosity, we can discover the world—and ourselves—on a deeper level.

As a Holistic Wellness & Health Coach, my mission is to help others embrace and appreciate their individuality—in their needs, experiences, health journeys, and perspectives. The kindness and support I encountered on my travels inspire me to bring the same spirit into my work and share it with those I support.

*Conformism refers to the phenomenon where individuals adapt to the norms, values, and behaviors of a group to gain acceptance or avoid conflict. This involves altering or suppressing one’s own beliefs, opinions, or actions to align with group expectations. Conformism can manifest in various social contexts, such as school, the workplace, or society at large. It highlights the tension between individuality and the desire for social harmony or acceptance within a group dynamic.
